Why does it tell me to Retake a photo?

If it turns out that there’s a problem with the image, maybe it was slightly out of frame (need to see clear borders), glare, or if it is a bit fuzzy, it will ask you to retake. We suggest that you complete this process in optimal lighting condition with a solid background behind the ID on a flat surface.
